The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2015
15 January 2015
Stein IAS has been named as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2015 after being awarded the coveted Three Star status accreditation from ‘Best Companies’ for the first time in the agency’s history. This is the highest ranking among the cream of Britain's motivated workforces.
The accreditation, which is based on employee feedback, follows a ‘Michelin style’ star rating system and recognises those organisations that hold employee engagement as an integral part of their success and growth.
Rob Morrice, Chief Executive Officer at Stein IAS, commented: “We have one unified vision, to become the Most Important B2B agency in the world. It is the people that lie at the heart of this vision, so no matter where they are in the world, from New York to Shanghai, Paris to London, we have equal opportunities driven by one HR policy and one training plan.
“To achieve such an esteemed accreditation is a fantastic achievement and testament to our years of commitment to a culture that celebrates peoples’ values above all else. The feeling of unity and purpose this creates is what makes our staff respond so positively when surveyed by highly respected institutions such as Best Companies. Our commitment to this way of working is not only on-going, but is increasing all the time – our business performance this year proves that it’s also an extremely effective way for a company to operate!”
The final ranking of the top 100 organisations recognised, will be announced at The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For awards celebration, which will be held at Battersea Evolution in Battersea Park, London on Wednesday 25th February. All details will be published in The Sunday Times on Sunday 1st March.
