Stein IAS has taken home the award for ‘IT Telecoms and Technology Campaign of the Year’ at the Northern Marketing Awards 2014. The global B2B marketing agency was honoured for its ‘Integrate Britain’ campaign, which it developed for client TalkTalk Business.
Held at The Point, Lancashire County Cricket Club (Thursday 16th October) and organised by Prolific North, The Northern Marketing Awards celebrate excellence and recognise outstanding campaigns and exceptional talent in the creative and media industries across the North.
With a focus on lead nurturing over brand exposure, Stein IAS steered the development of a content-driven, thought leadership approach putting TalkTalk Business on the radar of its most hard-to-reach audience, enterprises (firms with 250+ employees). This saw the TalkTalk Business brand take a strategic backseat and by leveraging research partner Ovum’s impartial credibility as the more overt brand behind the initiative. The output was The Integrate Britain Report: an in-depth write-up of an exceptionally detailed research exercise - drawing on industry interviews, editorial roundtables and expert analyst input. Applying the agency’s digitally-enabled Mi 3 process, insights from the report were used to develop assets delivered across multiple channels. This included emails, thought leadership PR, webinars, roundtables, social and advertising. All of which resulted in a steady stream of high quality leads and measurable engagement.
The judging panel commented: “This campaign had incredible results, which had a large uplift from their original investment. This was a solid and thorough piece of work, which brought out the heart of the campaign and allowed the audience to engage with it. It combined an integrated approach to the campaign, which had unbelievable results.”
