Stein IAS Awarded BMA 'Agency of the Year'

Agency wins for unprecedented fourth time in six years, and client named ‘Marketer of the Year’
Stein IAS has capped off a stunning performance at the internationally-renowned Business Marketing Association (BMA) B2 Awards, by claiming 58 individual category awards and the much-vaunted mid-size ‘Agency of the Year’ title – for the fourth time in six years.
The BMA’s annual B2 awards recognize marketing excellence in the global B2B sector, with almost 1,000 entries received this year from agencies the world over. The winners were announced during the BMA’s annual awards reception at The Paris Club in Chicago on Tuesday, May 26.

Clients Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and Cielo were also named ‘Corporate Marketer of the Year’ in the mid-size and small categories respectively. Agency client Kristen Wright, SVP of Global Marketing and Sales Enablement at Cielo, also picked up the award for ‘Individual Marketer of the Year’ at the ceremony, marking the second year running an agency client has received the prestigious honor.

We are honoured to work for some of the best brands in B2B and to see so many of them awarded is an incredible validation of our mission to make them the most important in their respective markets. Stein IAS’ impressive haul of 58 individual category awards marks the second consecutive year the agency has picked up more awards than any other agency. This included a ‘Super Category Winner’ for client Juniper Networks’ ‘Time to Strike’ campaign.

Juniper also picked up one of the agency’s 24 ‘Best of Category’ awards for ‘Public Relations – Content Marketing’. Other wins included ‘Integrated Communications Program - $100K - $250K’ for Trelleborg’s marine systems operation and ‘Sales Enablement and Enablement Strategy’ for CenturyLink Technology Solutions.
In addition, Stein IAS took home a remarkable 32 ‘Awards for Excellence,’ including ‘Global Brand Strategy’ for Cielo, ‘Multi-Channel Customer Acquisition – Product / Service’ for DS Smith Recycling and ‘Digital Advertising - Expandable Banner, Campaign’ for CBOE Faces VIX campaign.
