Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest quality, integrity and strength of strategic planning recommendations
  • Protect the integrity of our Mi Insights and broader Mi3 system
  • Always deliver in-scope and on-time
  • Play a proactive part in evolving best practice with the Mi Insights team
  • Embrace and adopt the principles of a high-performing team
  • Work with Planning Executives to support in your outputs and to aid their development
  • Supporting new business and agency marketing/promotion activity when necessary

Tasks

  • Always hold an informed point of view – one that the client will see as providing value
  • Carry out hands-on strategic planning, using the Mi Insights system process and tools – collaborating with fellow Insights team colleagues throughout
  • Work with Insights team Discovery Manager to conduct and manage qualitative and quantitative research as needed
  • Plan and facilitate Mi Insights system-based client workshops
  • Translate your analysis and application of learning and outputs from discovery and workshops into clear and concise reports
  • Develop creative briefs and provide concise and inspirational input to agency teams
  • Engage and collaborate with all Mi3 departments to assure integration and alignment through the Mi3 process
  • Collaborate, as a member of the Mi Insights team, to energise and advance the Mi Insights system and tools – to drive best-practice, relevance and global B2B leadership
  • Participate in and contribute to agency promotional activity

Job Specific Competencies

  • Strong discovery skills with desk research, market intelligence, qualitative and quantitative sources
  • Highest level of analytical ability to identify and present key findings and resulting insights with clarity and simplicity
  • Superb facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Competent in use of PowerPoint and its core functionalities
  • Ability to create clarity and consistency in visual content
  • Excellent time and workload management
  • Robust awareness of the commercial context and resulting considerations
